I have now cancelled my monthly donation with sustrans, written to sustrans’ chief exec to describe my disappointment and become a CTC member! If you abide by the laws then there should be no problem in slow moving traffic like this. If it gets too hectic then simply dismount and walk until it is safe, no problem.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-225087846795766487.post-58022463311279634282009-02-23T14:09:00.000+00:002009-02-23T14:09:00.000+00:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-225087846795766487.post-26229794707937554412009-01-15T20:01:00.000+00:002009-01-15T20:01:00.000+00:00That is a truly appalling cycle lane. Most people f...That is a truly appalling cycle lane.

Most people find a bus passing mere inches away on their right to be rather unpleasant. So I guess Sustrans is now populated by those who are. How they can do it I don't know.Chris Hutthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01532451004057748734noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-225087846795766487.post-45669136817487548822009-01-13T22:25:00.000+00:002009-01-13T22:25:00.000+00:00Appalling. We have similar ones in bristol of course.
Generally, on a bike, if you cycle slowly and are cautious you are very unlikely to come to serious harm even if you fall off. Unless you use suicide lanes like this one.
There are lots of good people working for sustrans - why does the corporate vision end up as this?green tomatohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08344897176440272327noreply@blogger.com
